How to Cleanup and Reinstall the Software
On the machine where you have the Trapeze program installed please follow the steps below:
- Please shut down the software GUI and uninstall the program from the Control Panel.
- Download the "Cleanup and Reinstall Utility" locally (links provided below for download):

- Run the downloaded cleanup file and afterwards reinstall the software.
Note: Please take a screenshot of your License Monitor information before you perform a cleanup and reinstall. You will want a backup of your license information in the case that we may have to re-create your license for you.
