How to Upgrade the Current Version of your Software

  • If you are interested in upgrading from product version 3.2 or earlier to 4.0, you will need to contact Support must configure a custom project for you to transfer the settings that are currently enabled on your environment. This migration period may take 2 or more weeks depending on the order it was received.

  • To locate which version you currently have:
    • Open Trapeze for Invoice Processing.
    • Navigate to the Help tab --> “About”.
    • A pop-up detailing your software’s information will appear.
